An independent, family owned brewery, with products inspired by the team's travels and the cultural surroundings of South East London. They are passionate about producing quality beer to challenge the perception of beer drinkers and enthusiasts.
Founded in 2011 by Peter Hills and Jon Swain, we're based in a couple of railway arches in Hackney. We currently have ten 2500 litre fermenting vessels with temperature and pressure control enabling perfect management of the fermenting process.
