
The Snapery started in 2014 after an obsession for sourdough turned in to baking breads for friends and ignited the idea to go all in and start a bakery!

We are excited to introduce the very best of Danish baking to the London wholesale market, we are a wholesale focused business, with a 3,000 sq ft open production workshop and retail space.

We’ve been baking bread from the finest ingredients for more than 130 years. The Hovis® range is more varied than ever. All our Hovis® bread is lovingly created by expert bakers with the finest quality ingredients.

A production kitchen based in London with a bakery and savoury section. Our aim is to help our clients do more with their food and beverage offer. We love making all sorts of foods with all the care and attention as if you were making it yourself.

The Dusty Knuckle Bakery (est. 2014) Is a London-based social enterprise and food operation that supplies some of London's most renowned chefs with exceptional bread and pastries.
