payments	how much does REKKI cost?
	REKKI is completely free for restaurants. You can start ordering from all of your suppliers today by downloading the REKKI app.

payments	Can I pay my suppliers through REKKI?
	Suppliers on the REKKI marketplace accept payments through REKKI. You can pay per invoice using a card or Direct Debit. Or you can pay on terms and pay multiple invoices at once with a weekly or monthly consolidated statement.

general	What is the REKKI marketplace?
	On the REKKI marketplace you can browse ingredients, compare prices and connect with new suppliers. Use the search function to source new products for your menu and check out the catalogues of suppliers you are interested in working with.

general	Can I order from new suppliers on REKKI?
	You can start ordering with a new supplier you find on the marketplace instantly – no account forms, credit checks or setup fees.

general	Do my suppliers need to be on REKKI?
	No – you can order from all your suppliers on REKKI, whether or not they have signed up to the platform. Orders placed on the app are automatically converted into email format and sent directly to your supplier’s order email.

world	what countries are currently supported by REKKI?
	You can download and use the REKKI app to order from your existing suppliers anywhere in the world. For the moment, the marketplace is only available in the UK.

	REKKI offers comprehensive, 7 days a week support for our users. You can speak to our Support Team on WhatsApp, or reach out to us at support@rekki.com. You can also message all your suppliers directly through the REKKI app. And the REKKI Help Centre is designed to help answer any questions you may have about using the app.

How we got here

Our CEO Ronen Givon ran restaurants in London for more than ten years. He loved it, but he experienced first-hand just how hard the industry can be on independent outlets. So he decided to offer up a solution. Something that would serve chefs, restaurant owners and suppliers, making their work easier and their margins larger. REKKI was born, and six years later it’s doing just that.

Where we are now

The REKKI team is made up of over 70 people from 22 different countries, working out of London, New York, Amsterdam and Lisbon. We’re a team of restaurateurs, chefs, technologists and creatives working to strengthen the hospitality industry. Our app allows chefs and restaurant owners to partner with the world’s best suppliers, enabling them to browse, order, and pay seamlessly – saving time and money in the process.
