Our dairy aims to produce only good quality product to a highly professional standard. We take milk from our own farm as well as buying milk from other local farmers. Fresh raw milk is delivered to our dairy on a daily basis.

The Milk Company started delivering milk in London over time the company has grown to be Europe’s largest fresh kosher milk supplier delivering from half litre bottles to tanker loads of fresh milk and fresh cream throughout Europe.

The Keen family have been making unpasteurised keens cheddar since we moved to Moorhayes Farm in 1899. Five generations later we are still here and producing world famous, award winning British Cheddar Cheese.
