The Dusty Knuckle Bakery (est. 2014) Is a London-based social enterprise and food operation that supplies some of London's most renowned chefs with exceptional bread and pastries.

We source Italian salumi and cheeses from a network of producers across the country. All of them, with the exception of parma ham, work an average of 2-10 pigs per week and we have found them over the last 15 years of travelling to and from Italy.
