Dating back to 1966, two brothers, Carmine and Giovanni Carnevale, from the apennine village of capracotta in Southern Italy established the company and began manufacturing and selling mozzarella and ricotta for the first time in Central London.

Native, Heritage Breeds slow grown on small farms in the Dales. Our meat it dry aged & butchered to order. All bacon is dry-cured. Sausages are all made from native breed cuts. We also have a range of cold smoked products.
