We are a catering butcher based in Failsworth, Manchester. We sell everything you can buy in the supermarket and premium cuts leading restaurants. Customers create their own meat packs, this way no one is buying meat that they do not want or need. Our customers will only receive items that they actually want.

Native, Heritage Breeds slow grown on small farms in the Dales. Our meat it dry aged & butchered to order. All bacon is dry-cured. Sausages are all made from native breed cuts. We also have a range of cold smoked products.
