Our inspiration for Skandl Fjord comes from the island fishing community of Veiholmen, North-West Norway.
We have grown oysters at Butley Creek since the 1950’s and our traditional smokehouse supplies freshly smoked fish every day, whilst out fishing boats provide a variety of locally caught fresh fish.
