We produce a range of slowly fermented sourdoughs, lovingly shaped pretzels, wholesome traditional British Breads, delicious continental varieties, Rye Bread with a very tasty range of breakfast goods and some cakes.

We specialise in sourdough bread that is left to prove for 48 hours. This method creates a wonderful deep flavour that you don't find in other breads. Also no yeast is added to our sourdough, which in turn means that it is easier to digest.

During 70 years, our focus has evolved from pure bakery wholesaler to both distributor and producer of products for bakery, chocolate, catering, ice cream and the food industry.
