Our Fishery is on the shore of Pyefleet Creek on Mersea Island off the coast of Essex, where oysters have been farmed since Roman times. Our oysters lay on the river bed roaming with the mineral rich, brackish tides.

Hook & Line Seafoods was established in 2012 as a traditional supplier of fresh fish and seafood. As an experienced team in the seafood industry we source and process the fine high quality produce.
